Insertion Center

Insertion center is ideal for sheet metal factory who need precise and large quantities fastener insertion. RNT insertion center equipped with CCD camera and auto feeding system.
After failed to retrieve fastener three times, the machine will stop at current position untile problem were solved. Like short of fastener, the fastener fail to come out from the bowl. This totally reduced wrong and miss insertion.
And the workpiece size is supported up to 2200x1500mm. For larger workpiece, please contact to us.
