AI Server Case Fastener Insertion

In recent year, the demand of AI server is tremendous. The server include case and PCB. Before fix PCB in the case, case factory need to insert fastener in the case. Insert several fastener is easy, but insert tens of or hundreds of fasteners and make sure the insertion is precise. That’s another story.
But now, RNT has invented the first insertion center to solve this problem. Equipped with CCD camera, nine servo motors, auto tool change system and industrial computer. Operator only need to import the drawing and make some simple setting. The insertion center will insert the fastener by itself. Worker only need to loading and unloading.
Even more, factory can use industrial robot to make the insertion totally automatic.
